Velosity simplifies the management of machine maintenance by integrating maintenance plans with recording of work completed (actuals)

Create a Maintenance Plan
One or more Maintenance Plans can be created for any Task in the Company Setup (https://my.velosity.app/Setup/Tasks). Several frequency intervals are supported: 1) Operating Hours, 2) Calendar Days, 3) Calendar Months. Operating Hours is the sum of the time for the particular task across all Production Orders. When an Actual is added to a Maintenance Plan, the operating hours "clock" is reset to zero.
Detail
The Detais for a Maintenance Plan can be viewed. Notes can be added anytime.
Add Actual
When a Maintenance Plan is executed, an Actual can be added to the Plan to record completion.
