Onboarding

Onboarding can be done in less than a month in most cases. This is possible because no software changes are required from one Velosity client to the next. Onboarding involves us learning about your business, and defining together with you the product features (Attributes) that your customer would use to specify what they want. After Attributes comes the definition of Pages - how the Attributes should be presented to the user (salesperson). Next comes the Tasks, which are the discrete processes in your business - typically machines. Resources and Resource Groups are setup to work alongside the Tasks. Next is Items - typically imported from Excel. The last activity is setup of the Rules. Rules evaluate the Attributes and enable the automatic generation of production router and Bill of Materials.
